What are the signs of clogged - Bad radiotor

1. what are the signs of clogged radiator ?

2. What are some of the signs of radiator turning bad

mine was clogged couldn't find problem until radiator started leaking real bad. It was a Chevy it had two radiator fans one was on all the time and the other would turn on when I turned on the a/c so I would run the a/c when ever it was above 70 Degrees.
