skunk2 short shifter question
i jus bought a new skunk2 single bend short shifter for my 2000 civic and im wondering if im going to be able to use this when i do my LS swap.. anyone know if its gonna work with the LS shift linkage??
only reason im wondering is becuase on the box i believe it said 88-00 civic and 90-93 integra...but ive seen other short shifters which say they fit 92-00 civics and 94-01 integras so im not sure..if anyone knows for certain please let me know
Thats the thing that pisses me off about skunk2 shifters. Dont get me wrong they are awesome, but they make the shifter universal, on the civic it fits perfectly into the linkage, the integra you have to put those stupid washers in. Ridiculous

Geez, I didn't think using up 10 seconds to put in washers would get someone so mad. I don't even want to think how you would react to something needing 20 different torque ratings.

Its not that it pisses me off putting the washers in, its the fact that you pay 120 bucks for it and it doesnt come exactly for a teg. What would be so hard about making two different types???

I believe that dual bend (integra 94 and up) have bigger bottom piece (like wider) but you could make yours work just by putting some spacers in there.
