well, after about 3 years I finally got the car the way I want it
See my old dyno chart here. Below is the dyno from this weekend. I'm very happy with the numbers and can finally leave the car alone 
BTW, the mods are b16 sirII, AEM CAI, AEBS IM, JDM DC sport header 2.5", crower cams, kteller 2.5" exhaust, and apexi v-afc

no fitment issues, AEBS bolted on like a champ
I got the crower cam package(don't remember which one), which includes springs and retainers. I'm not sure if a 2.25" or 2.5" exhaust is better, I just went with the bigger one

The reason I say this is I have b16a 1st gen, I'm at 186, NO cams all stock internals, just hope ur not building a weak block
