3-400 for the street 4-500 track, what plugs?

which one should i get that i can use for both. he said the bkr7e's are good up to about 350whp, thats what im going to make on the street but should i just go ahead and get 8's just to be safe?
and if you guys recomend i get the 8's. does ngk make a bkr8e? if so whats the part #

since the h22 stock heat range is 6 should i go ahead and go with 8 heat range?
i plan on making the same amount of power.
Does NGK even make these NGK BCPR8ES OR NGK BKR8E? im guessing since they make the BCPR7ES and BKR7E they would have 8's? if so which ones are better?

I'm using BKR7E in a B20/VTEC and have had no problems. Before I started using these plugs I was constantly replacing. It didn't matter what I put in they just died. I'm not sure if they make a BKR8E but the BKR7E's should be fine for your application.

bkr7e is only 1 step colder though?
