A. B16A1? 4.5quarts I believe.
B. Rebuild the engine or replace the headgasket. It depends on where the leak is.

A) 4.25 or 4.5 ?
B) Try putting some fuel additives in your tank or else run a bottle of sea foam through your motor.

If it's only on cold startup, it's just condensation, and it's normal. Nothing that you can do about it. If it smokes white all the time, it's a headgasket most likely.

Should be 4.2. That's what the manual called for with my b16a2.
As for the smoke, like Naturally Aspirated said, if it's only when it's started & cool then that's normal and nothing to worry about. all the time is blown head gasket
