DOOH!
Need a hint here.
I tried installing a new battery yesterday night, since it was dark I just tried hooking into its original position and did not take care of the polarity. BIG MISTAKE: it was not the same model as I had before !
Now I am trying to figure out what blew up !? Ignition module , PCM, Main relay, fuse ?

They aren't THAT expensive. But I would hate to have to buy a new ECU because I switched the battery cables.

Wow that takes skills to do that, and the terminals are different sizes so you can't do that. Guess you didn't hook things up in the right order either (there's a correct order, but my car maintaince brain is numb from being at school). j/k
Everyone makes mistakes. I once tried to change the alternator on a dodge without disconnecting the battery first.
Didn't realize what I was doing until I was loosening the lead that goes to the battery, touched the engine and sparks flew.
