Default maintenance after 4 month downtime?

i'm leaving for the states in about 36 hours and im going home to my b18c civic. ive been overseas for 4 months. while i was gone the car was supposed to be started and/or driven at least once a week.... that didn't happen, and it ended up sitting still the whole time.

any suggestions on what i should do before i start it up for the first time? i'm sure the fuel has separated out or the tires have gotten flatspots, etc..... advice would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

My car sat for 4 months waiting for me to pay off a motor. It sat on it's tires with a full tank of gas during Florida summer. No flat spots ( I never even checked air pressure), fuel was fine too, no problems at all.
