Default Car Falls Flat on its Face.

Even with the pedal all the way down it won't go. Just changed the plugs this morning. Ran great the other night, tried to drive it yesterday and this morning it acts like it either is misfiring, or not getting enough gas. It started pissing gas the other day because two of three nuts that hold my fuel rail down came loose, I have since fixed that and now this? Boosted B18C, no CEL what so ever. Any one have any ideas?

THIS IS NOT IN BOOST!

A fuel pressure check would be a good start. Either too much or not enough gas.

Did you check the distributer rotor? Mine went out recently and it sounded a lot like the symptoms you say. It's like $12 at checker.
