Default TDC Sensor CEL 8 dizzy is good, what now?

Ok I checked the distributor (6 month old from distributor king), and it is within spec (447 Ohms), I also checked the wiring from the main harness and it is also good. Maybe bad ecu, but before I shell out $150+ for another one....

Can the timing of the vehicle affect this sensor? Ignition timing is set all the way advanced. I need to get this cleared up before I install my turbo setup... I have all the parts for my setup in my garage waiting to go in. I have messed with this problem for awhile now and nothing I do seems to clear it.

The car runs fine, very healthy, but once you get above 3500rpm, CEL again.

What other things could cause this problem?

Any news? I just developed the same problem a couple nights ago hopefully it doesn't come back... it only happened becasue it was the first night after the new build that I got the beat on her... And I got through 3rd and into 4th and it says "BLING code 8, 14 (the plug fell off), 20 (I don't have an ELD) and 22 (long story I just grounded the wire and let it roll.)
