Can anyoneone tell me what the little fan looking thing is that sits behind the plastic behind one of the seats in a del sol? it has a little vent and it's full of dust and has what looks like a sensor in the middle of it......This has left me puzzled.....

what kind of del sol do you have.

 

1992 jdm vxi it's only behind the drivers seat. Could it be part of the heating system?

 

yes, i belive you have climate control. over in the states we didnt get the climate control. i think its the sensor for that, so the heater will turn off and on as needed.
