roll cage in nyc metro
looking to get a cage done in a hatch built to scca and nasa requirments. i searched but didnt find much info, anyone know a good fabricator who knows the rules and requirements? hopefully within a 2 hour tow
Contact Anthony of the Meccanic shop. However, he is real, real, real, real busy, so may not be able to help. I also inquired on the sccaforums and IT forums about a year ago and got some answers on those forums. I wouldn't recommend my cage builder.
Farks supercars, brooklyn ny.
But I don't know if he does imports, or that he has ever done any. I know he has done many many Domestics. Can't hurt to call tho...

I do not recommend going to a drag store to do a road racing cage. They are usually not familiar with the rules and/or cage design for road racing and you end up being a guinea pig.
Good looking out Rob
but drag shops may not be the best.

I had my cage done by a guy who does drag and circle track and dune buggies. All you need to do is give them a rule book and go thru it with them. Mine turned out awesome.
