having trouble
hey guys i bought my 1st decent suspension set up for my new 90 dx hatch. haha ive always been the guy who uses the 50 dollar coilovers and slams it on the ground with camber completely screwed and called it good haha. but i thought i would buy something nice since my new baby has my 1st b series in it. so i go to buy some tokico blues which i later found out to be nothing but trouble from what ive heard, and some skunk2 spings. i get home and put this on and it looks like a monster truck!?!?!?!?!?!?!? it was slammed before i did this so i put my old sprint springs on the new struts in hope that it would still be low but give some of the ride back. no luck same height. so i called all my freinds and they told me to cut the bump stops in half so i did, no luck! so tonight i said wtf and put the original struts and sprints springs back on and now it is still high with that on there!?!?!?!?!?! am i doing something wrong someone please help me!!!! i dont want to have to pay for someone else to do this!!! if u read this and dont know the answer please bump n e way! thanks
Well i am not too sure on this , but some struts are adjustable, see if they are the adjustable type. I am not too sure if that is your answer, but it is worth a try.
the only thing that i can think of is make sure you get that arm beat all the way into the shock, if it isn't, it's going to ride high.....even if they are adjusted all the way down........
