did you swap the teg front knuckles? if so did you compare lengths between the stockers and the teg's before you swapped them?

Your supposed to keep your crx upper A-arm and retain your crx lower control arm. The only thing from the teg your supposed to use is the knuckles. I just did this 2 weeks ago and am lowered 2 1/4 inches and no problems whatsoever.

Could be a few things. If u just installed the camber kit at the same time, then it could be that (in fact, i can almost guarantee if u take the camber kit out, it will clear). If u swapped the teg UCA's, then put the stock ones back on. Also, u may not even need a camber kit since the teg knuckles give a lil bit of positive camber.

Your bone stock civic (except for drop) hit the frame too? U have bigger problems...
I just looked at his pics again, those dont look like stock civic UCA's.

I guess the 3 EF Civics I've had with camber kits that hit the frame all have problems?
If you stick the UCA out further than it is from stock [which is what happens with most camber kits to correct the camber], you're going to have clearance problems.

U didnt say u had camber kits, u just said drop, right? I have a progress camber kit on my 89 hatch and i DONT hit the frame. Now, the kit i have has 2 settings. If u put it on the furthest settings (which corrects the camber more) it will hit because i have tried it. I have mine on the first setting (which only corrects like 1.5 degree) and it does not hit. It comes close, but no cigar.

Well, I thought my wording implied that i had a drop and a kit, but now that I read it, it does not.
I meant bone stock except the drop, which includes a camber kit.
I too used the Progress camber kit on the furthest setting, and on all 3 cars, it'd always bang. As you've confirmed, the furthest setting does bang, right?

Correct. Flip them around you'll be good to go.

I had this problem as well. I took a disc grinder and cut about a 6 inch piece from that lip out of the fenderwell. I pushed the camber kit in all the way, and took it to get aligned and told them to get it the best they could. It worked fine after I got rid of that lip. With the camber within factory spec, it barely clears but it's been good so far.
Mr_CRX;
Could you post (or e-mail me) a photo. I think it would clear it up for a lot of people.
I've thought about notching the frame and welding in a stiffener, but it's only an issue if the car is lowered a fair amount. At that point, you would run into header ground clearance.

I don't have a picture of it right now, but I can try to take one the next time I have a digital camera on hand.
I did the integra disc brake conversion as well.
I have used the stock CRX UCAs and the cheap camber kits off ebay.
Worked fine, however I had to grind the lip like some others suggested.
However I had heard otherwise that the integra UCAS work without a problem.
Can someone confirm this?
I am using KONI Yellows and HR Race springs so there is a significant drop, so my camber is still kind of bad.
What should I do:
1) Keep it that way?
2) Get new springs with a less agressive drop
3) Camber kit?
