Stiff ride
Recently i have noticed my ride got a lot stiffer and i feel a lot more in the road. I dropped my car only an inch last spring and kept the stock struts. It was fine until recently. I am wondering if the cold has something to do with this? or if my struts are finally starting to go?
If your shocks are going then the ride would be geting bouncier not firmer thats for sure. My car was dropped with drop zone sleeve-overs with stock shocks and its bouncy as fawk!
my car "feels" like it's stiffer when the weather gets colder... it could just feel that way because the body makes more noise over bumps when it's cold. i wouldn't worry about it.
i suppose it's possible that in colder weather, the oil inside stock shocks is just thicker because of the cold, causing a slightly rougher ride.
but like bgmat said, if your shocks were going bad, the ride would get bouncier.

So are the stock shocks on an ex accord oil shocks or gas shocks? Because oil getting thicker would make a lot of sense as to a stiffer ride. but I guess I will wait to see until spring time comes and see how the ride goes then...
