GTP Does Work for Passing Smog Tests!
Ok, just wanted to let everyone know that the Guaranteed to Pass stuff does help with emissions. I've read that it does, but haven't seen any quantitative evidence. Since I just did my smog test twice I wanted to provide everyone with the results for reference.
95 Integra GS-R
Before GTP
HC - 89/56
CO - .24/.20
NO - 359/346
After GTP
HC - 54/43
CO - .16/.16
NO - 301/303
Look at the difference! Simply amazing.. Good luck to all those in CA!

Ok, for those of us who dont live in Smog **** California, what the hell is this product?? Do you have pictures or a brief description?? I'm curious....

I'd rather get the engine running properly and get the added mpg and power. It's a Honda engine after all. Your HC is high, so you're not burning all the fuel.
That product will only work for certain problems. It's not the panacea of emissions. BTW, a little bit of pure alcohol in the gas tank will do the same thing.
