Default supercharger question

when i mount a jackson racing supercharger with new intake manifold.

1. will there be mounted the iac v also?
cant find the holes for it on the pics.

2. will it make sense to get a bigger throttle body also?

3. is there a base map for supercharger available? so that i don t have to do all things on the dyno.
Thanks in advance.

1. Yes, it goes behind and underneath the IM
2. no need for a larger TB
3. I strongly recommend you get the hondata s200 with boost, they have great base maps for jrsc's, you hardly need to tune at all

Yeah you will want the hondata for sure,go on jackson racing's site and look at all the nice stuff that already comes preprogramed in it.I'm at 8psi right now and I'm gonna be going 11psi with the hondata ecu and 440cc injectors.Right now I only put down 220whp cause soon as vtec kicks in my power drops and I don't have a vtec controller but the hondata will fix all of that.Make sure you atleast get the jackson racing liquid intercooler though if you're gonna go 8psi or higher because I have little detonation problems with mine right now and I have to retard my boost to stop it when it's hot outside. Heres another intercooler option for ya though http://www.lhtperformance.net/products.html just PM me for any questions if you want and I'll be happy to answer them if I can.

thanks for the answers.

i ll have to rebuild my engine first.

yesterday a friend drove with my car and killed a connecting rod bearing. the crank axle is not round any longer at the 2nd cylinder.
I will have to see if its possible to repair or if i need a new crank axle.

after that i ll look our for the jsrc supercharger kit.

i wont get hondata. here is a tuner that maps honda pretty well.

it s called RIKLI, well known in europe for honda tuning.
he says i need dyno tuning and a vafc 2.

thinking thats okay.

will i have to enstrong any internals for supercharger use?

thanks

Stock internals will take around 300whp and the jrsc wont get ya that high up there anyway so you should be fine, with my 11psi setup I'm going to I'll probably be lucky to have 280whp but thats fine with me cause I'm more into it just for a fun sports car and not so much as a drag car.Prochargers are pretty nice also and they finally have nice full bolt on kits now..or just go turbo at around 6psi for 300whp either way good luck and hope everything works out for ya.

Turbo seems to be the efficient way to make more HP.

the shop might be good but dyno tuning and a vafc isn't gonna cut it in my book
