All right everybody, lets all post our best bolt extraction techniques. I have some broken bolts and I'm trying to figure out my options here. Lets see what you all have up your sleeves. Thanks!!!
Buy a Bolt Extractor. There are several kinds. Most come as drill bits, some look like normal drills that just spin the other way. Others look like screwdriver drill bits except at the end they have grooves just for taking out the bolt.
Normally you drill a depression into the offending bolt and then put the extractor there. The depression lets the extractor bite better. Turn and wa-la....bolt comes out.

I have 3 broken bolts on the rear LCA assembly. Each bolt holding the shock to the LCA is broken. This doesn't worry me. What does annoy me is the broken bolt I have connecting the LCA to the hub assembly. This would be a pain to drill out. Anyways, I went and bought an angle grinder and some cutting wheels to see if that'll work. I think it might. If you have any other suggestions, please do tell...Thanks a lot.

the bolt extractor I have, I need to drill more than just a dimple.
I drill down into it, put in my tool and start twisting.
if worse comes down to worse, i will heat up the metal around the stuck bolt, this sometimes expands the metal enough to get the bolt out.

Oh, I also bought a hardcore propane torch. It's got a wand that connects to a propane bottle and an oxygen bottle. It should be useful for getting bolts un-stuck.
