Default 2000 Honda Si...Turbo?

Just installed AEM CAI, GReddy header, and Evo II on stock engine, B16A2. Looking to increase hp and torque a bit more and debating about turbo and intercooler kits. Looking to spend ~$3500, most important is quality. Don't need race times, just want to be more dominant on the streets, 250 hp is fine. Got any recommendations for turbo kits: GReddy, Edelbrock, RevHard, Apexi??? New to the game guys, any help is appreciated, thanks.

I have seen several cars with Revhard kits do very well with them - If 250 is all you are looking for, go Revhard
