Default looking for exhaust

I have a '97 Civic CX with a '00 B16A jap-spec 5gen. Type-R intake manifold, GSR cams, direct-port wet nitrous, lightened fly-wheel and am currently running headers straight piped to stock muffler. I do drive this car daily. I want an exhaust system with a high-flow cat but something that won't sound tinny. I want it as quiet as possible while still getting best performance possible. I have looked into the Magnaflow and might go that route but wanted input from anyone that knows or has experiences with any types. Thanks.
