Default Bigger cams installed - need suggestions

I had my car tuned with a set of Civic Si cams, then I went and threw in an ITR intake cam.. I played with the settings and it worked fine. Now, I throw in a set of Webcams with the following specs.
Intake Lift: .470" (mid)
Exhaust Lift: .450" (mid)
Overlap: 51.00 degrees
Intake Duration: 272.00 degrees
Exhaust Duration: 270.00 degrees

They have a lot of duration...

At first I was VERY disappointed because they didn't pull like my ITR did. Well no ****, my VTEC activation point was only at 5000. I went ahead and bumped it up to 5600 and added about 10% more fuel across the RPM band. It feels a little better. Cams are advanced 2 degress on the cam gears. I'm running an LSVTEC with around 12.1:1 Compression, Ported PR3 head, ITR IM.. all the goodies. Anyway, For those of you with expierence with larger cams... I need help getting it set for some baseline runs. They are adjusted at .009 (valve lash), and they are NOISY! Web recommended .010 so I guess its just normal. I'm tuning with a VAFC.

Is 5600 okay for VTEC activation?
What timing on the cams would you recommend, currently set at 2A.

Thanks
