Is this Carl?

I'd run R cams, thats what I plan on.

Since you're looking for huge hp the R cams have done very well on some members high hp cars. Boostfed, etc...

No, he means the ITR cams. ITR cams make more power than GSR cams. The benefits you get from a bunch more lift and duration FAR exceed any small loss from an extra degree or two over overlap.

That is true, the GSR exhaust and the ITR exhaust cams are the same.... the ITR intake cam is very good for boost. I have seen alot of people make good power just by upgrading that one cam. I think Boostfed on here made over 30whp more with swaping the B16 cams for the ITR cams..... thats what I am going to be running also

if the itr cams are better then why do i see people using them for boost on cars making over 500hp...... i know the one car turbodcx(brian) built is using a type r head with gsr cams .. i've always hear that gsr cams were better for turbo setup's
