Default To TBone: I will be trying a crankcase evac...

So I've decided to experiment with exhaust propelled crankcase evac systems on my all motor hatch. There was a debate about this in the pumping/windage losses thread a couple of weeks ago (couldn't find it). So, I will keep you all informed...any advice, suggestions are appreciated.

All of the header mounted systems ive seen were always 2 from the valve cover, but i would def use the two freeze plugs if you weren't put vacumn on it.

You could 2 from the cover to a catchcan like mine, then pull vacuum from the top of the can where the filter usually goes, then you will help keep the oil out of the exhaust.. Make sure you use a 1 way valve or you will actually put pressure into the block.

When pulling vacum from the top of the can, what source on the motor are you using?

mine just vents through the filter and has 1 way valves going in the opposit diretion , so they only blow off if crankcase pressure reaches a positive value.. For his he would just place a line where my filter is and run it to the header.
