Default JDM vs USDM Compression Ratio

Quick question.

Assuming the following:

(92-96)
JDM H22A's CR is 10.6:1
USDM H22A* CR is 10:1

Am I correct so far ?

If so, I would think the only thing bumping the compression slightly on the JDM motor are slightly higher compression pistons? Or is there anything else? (Cam profiles maybe?)

Thanks!

Si

(To cut to the chase, I want to know if putting USDM pistons/rings in my H22A will bring compression back to 10:1)

From what I have heard, you are correct. I believe that's how my H22 is setup (JDM H22 with USDM pistons so I'm at 10:1).
