Have 98 acccord lx 4cyl sedan 2.3L automatic

Lately (3 mos) having bumpy drive. There is constant noises when driving. So I am looking for new shocks etc. However, when I am replacing front (both sides) shocks, what exactly should I purchase:

Shocks
springs?

any thing else...nuts washers....

Is it good to stay with Honda or are there better one out there.....someone suggested sensormatics


Please help. (part nos would be appreciated)
