Condensaton in head lights
What should i do to get the condensation out of my headlights??? The vent tube is not cloged and the lights never dry out, they constantly have water in them, even if it does not rain for 2 weeks. What should i try to dry them out and keep them dry...
There's problem a crack in the seal of your headlights. You have 2 options for repairing them.
1) Bake your headlights in the oven and pull the lens off. Clean the inside and reseal the lens with some sealant. Also, check other areas of the headlights for cracks and fill with epoxy
2) Some have also had success with drilling a small hole in the headlight to allow with drainage of the water.

does drilling a hole really help?
should it be drilled in the bottom or the top??
is it to drain the water or just to provice a vent, because my head lights do have a vent and it is not cloged..

headlights... take them apart, clean them, make them dry, put them back together, silicon the **** outta them...
taillights... get as much water out as possible, use a blow dryer... but a new heavy duty gasket... search on ht... some guy was selling them a while back, not sure if he's doing it anymore... like rajed or something like that

Dude, that's expensive as hell. It's about 260 from robearracing.com, which is the cheapest place I've found for headlights. why not just take a couple of hours and diy right the first time.

Anyone have any more info on this? Definitely sounds nice. As for now, I'm gonna try using the blowdryer and looking for that heavy duty gasket.
