Default Check Engine Light NO Codes Bogging At 4K

Can You guys Give me A Hand.
I Got a 92 Hatch Si Stock w/D16z6 Motor.
I Had a Problem Starting the Car at First.
To Find out why it did not start was the Tranny Ground (Located Engine Bay by the Hydraulic Clutch Line)
Now It Starts up Fine.
The problem is that the Check Engine Light Stays on.
Jumped it and No Codes Flashes??? "0" Codes. With the Engine Light ON.
Also it will not Rev Past 4000 rpm??? (it boggs out really bad when you rev it)
At the Same Time the Exhaust Smoke From the Tail Pipe is Seem like its Running So Rich That it Burn your eyes.
I Tried to Troubleshoot it as much i can Think. Main Relay, Fuses, Fuel Pump, Ecu, Grounds, Even Disconecting the Viper Car Alarm, Checking the Engine Hardness, Battery Thats about all that i've done.
Can someone out there Give me a Big Hand On This.
I would Appreciate It Very Much.

Just Found out it was the ECU. It first 2 ecu's were burnt.
But whats weird is that w/the stock p28 ecu the engine light is still on w/code: #1 (O2 Sensor)....I switched it with another O2 and still the light still stays on???
The check light did stay off for a good 2 seconds......But Flashes on AGAIN!
Oh yea the BOGGING is now GONE 4 GOOD.
What cAn be the Problem now?
Any Advises?
You Guys or Anyone Reccomend taking it to the Dealer for a Diagnoistic Test?
Or Does the Dealer Basically Check my Good Sensors and Charge me a FAT $$$?
Help Please.
