Default Acura GsR Turbo 96...question about

i need some information about that......i wanna know how many Psi does a Gsr Stock could take!

i wanna know what i have to check to keep the motor clean!
i buy this car since 2 weeks.

i've heard that this motor could take up to 280Hp (9-10 Psi)

i got an edelbrock intake and a Greddy complete turbo KiT and a air/fuel controller

9-10 at the most. I plan to stay around 7 with mine.

hmmm.... i'll tell you right now with your engine stock you are not going to get the power yeilds that you are hoping for.
large power yeilds from a turbo that will be consistent across the entire powerband, will require "hella" lots of internal and upgrade work. thats just me
dont believe me ask itr206 he has a bad *** turbo R

No more than 7.5 psi on 93 octane. Any thing less than some 93 and my car has problems.

listen buddy, if i were you i would seriously use this site to your advantage.. and look for some turbo setups to match with yours. thers a lot of people who have done their turbos right the first time and that way they make it both reliable and tuned properly so u can get the most out of your car. If you decide to be smart and get the correct upgrades for your engine you will be better off and more satisfied . But use the search button on top for your turbo research and you could even ask the forced induction forums for some help.

i have a 97 gsr with the greddy kit and full 2.5 exhaust and nothing more pushin 14psi!! with 100 octane....its "set" at 8psi on the actuator but i guess cuz of the weather maybe.. i spike to 14 then when vtec comes in it gos 10 then slowly to 12 then 10 its weeeird
