10 psi for a lil bit then you will need to take care of those stock internals. What t28 setup is this? I only know of one company that has a t28 setup. look into the t28 ballberring/watercooled turbos if you like the trim. Email me if this is NOT a custom kit.

the setup is a stock t28 off a nissan, if forget which nissan exactly...do you suggest me using this turbo setup....the manifold consists of a greddy and the turbo is the t28...thanks

The t28 turbo is a good turbo...its just a little bit larger then a t25 (stock mistu eclipse turbo) But i think it might be a little small for a GSR motor. You are going to be pushing the limits of the t28 with a stock GSR motor.
here is a picture of the t25 and the t28. the T28 is on the right
its not that much larger.
I would recommend a 16g or larger for a GSR motor. The greddy kit for the integra comes with a 18g turbo.

You guys gotta remember that it isn't the size of the compressor housing that really matters. You can get the housing machined and fitted with a larger wheel (like a Grand National Super) and it'll flow alot more CFM.
