Default really bad night

so it starts to rain today,im driving home and this bitch is right on my ***,i put my breaks on so she would back up then she almost rear ends me. as soon as i applied the breaks i head a loud pop and saw sparks shooting out from under my wheels.i skid to the side of the road and pull to a stop i get out and pop the hood, my motor is sitting about 6 inches down from were its saposed to be and is basically sitting on the ground.the motor mount on the drivers side yanked out the threads on the block and dropped my moter right to the ground smashing my oil pan and completely cut my axle in 2.what would cause this to happen? is it from using one place racing mount and on integra mount? the integra mount is on the passenger side and the place racing mount is on the side thant yanked the mount of the block? is this a common problem with b16's? well its time for a new motor, hmotors here i come.

Thats horrible and sad.

The way the mount connects the b16 engine on the drivers side is with a bolt through mount hole and block hole to nut.
No threads to strip other than the bolt itself.
Either you didn't use a Grade 8 bolt and the bolt broke, or the nut unthreaded itself somehow...

Am i right? I'm right...

And yes i would like to purchase your B16 block as well. Your oil pump may still be good if anything, i'd just like the head for a nice P&P job.

just buy a Ls block and go from there. That would be most economical.

i dont have a camera to post any.i pulled the mount off and was poking around a little bit waiting for the tow truck to take my car to the shop and it turns out that what caused it to stripe out is the fact that it was heli coiled once before, that and the rear mount is only held in place by one bolt and not the 2 that were in there originally, there were also only 2 bolts holdint the mount to the block and not three, thi is what happends when people do things half assed, oh well just order a new long block from hmotors.$810 shipped with taxes and everything.oh well i hope every thing turns out ok.
