Default troubleshooting soft clutch

sup guys, noob here and having problem.

got in my car today at lunch, and my clutch has become really soft. engages really low to the floor, yadda yadda yadda, i read the threads.
so i check the fluids on the master/slave cylinders, both toped off.
take the caps off, and pumped the clutch. fluids dont move and no bubbles or anything. checked for leaks under the clutch petal... nothing. so that should mean my master/slave cylinders are fine right? what should i be checking next? and what else could be the problem? gears glide in and out just fine but only when the clutch is fully stepped on. i appricate any help, thanks.

btw i got a 94 prelude si with a jdm h22a swap. replaced the master/slave cylinders durring the swap. jdm h22a tranny grenaded also after the swap and that was replaced as well.

Nope, just make sure it's on a level surface, undo the bolt and fill it up until it spills out (pour slowly). I usually stick a funnel with a long hose on the end down there...
