is a civic cx basicaly the same thing as dx preformance parts wise like

No, coupe/sedan exhausts won't fit on HB's.

 

1. just find one for a DX hatch. They're pretty much the same, just different engines.

And 2. please tell me that you're doing a swap if you're getting that. Or at least have an intake. The reason I say this is because I have a CX engine in my 91 SI and it has cat back, intake; its the way I bought it. However, because it has exhaust, every tool driving down the road thinks my car has written on it in big letters, "RACE ME DAMMIT!" Its embarassing when my car has no *****... swap coming soon lol

 

96-up Civic hatch...the CX and DX 3dr are the same! Same engine, same exhaust... just a few options came on the DX to make it different, I mean very few!
