D16Z6 and Sea foam?
Im getting ready to use Seafoam my car...
I was working on my car the other day when I found that my CAI sucked in a LOT of dirt, the inside of my throttle body looks nasty, and the inside of his air filter was caked with dirt. This car burns about a quart of oil every 2 weeks and im getting ready for turbo. Would seafoam be a good idea to clean out the engine? Will Seafoam help with oil consumption? I'm guessing cylinder walls might me screwed up from dirt.

In my opinion... make sure your car is really EATING the oil ..... see if u have any leaks.. may be the O-ring on the dizzy or the oil band gasket... checkthe vtec silinoid. WHAT I DO recomend is a can of Restore... u can buy it from wal mart, or any auto parts store. I uswally buy the 8 cylinder kit and just use half of it and use the other half on another car or on the next oil change

-seafoam does a great job , I used it for the first time this year on my z6, my bro. z6, my dads f150, moms sube' stuff is great, as far as your car using that much oil in 2weeks , I think it would be blowing out your exaust, your plugs would have oil on them.I would look for a leak.
