Default ABS Plastic - Best Way to Cut

I'm doing some gauge fabrication, looking for the best way to cut ABS plastic. Simple question I'm sure. Any suggestions??

A carbide burr is a great tool for very fast but clean shaping of plastic. A single cut design will leave the nicest finish.

I use 3/8" burrs to cut bumpers and misc plastic all the time. It's so fast and doesn't melt it as much as a cutoff wheel or even a saw blade.
