Stock lugs on Millenia Wheels, compatability?

All the aftermarket ones I've seen are Conical, the stock R ones are Ball. You're not supposed to mix&match, some crap about not making enough contact with the wheel to hold it well.

I know the difference between conical and ball. I meant that stock Honda lugs shouldn't be any different from stock Mazda lugs, so they should work.
