when I start my car on a cold start it idles at 2500 rpms then it drops to 1500 when it warms shouldnt it be lower than that. I fixed the throttle cable to the right place according to the safc throttle position reading. and I tightened the screw on the throttle body what else can I do could it be the tps how do I adjust that?

 

Does it ever drop to normal idle around 900?
