Hey so i ordered a keyless entry system and alarm, with remote start for my 98 ex manual, but no place will install it on a manual, cuz its a liability. Im wondering if i can do this myself? anyone have any ideas?

yup and one day watch your car crash into another car b/c you tried to remote start with the car in gear

just remeber to leave it in neutral

 

yeah ive never not left it in neutral, but this system has a backup deal where it must be in neutral for the starter to engage

 

What brand is it? You can ask one of your local shops installers if they would do it after work for some extra money. Im sure you will find a few.

 

Well since i allready have a keyless alarm system, i think it should be rahter easy, but where is the ignition harness, which harnesses the wired i will need to tap into.
