What is necessary to switch from a 93 e-brake and console to a 94?

Default What is necessary to switch from a 93 e-brake and console to a 94?

I know there is welding involved but do you have to mess around with the wires that the brake is attached to or anything? I searched but couldn't really find anything that told me how to go about doing it. I know some guys at a welding shop I could get to help me out if I knew exactly what to tell them to do.
