how often do u use it? how much a shot? and how often do u find urself refilling ur bottle? is it that much a hassle? im considering it but dunno if i wanna go thru the trouble of refillin all the time. just wondering how long i can run a 75shot wet maybe 5-7 times a day for say 15sec. everyday of the week to get a general idea of how long it lasts.

 

average is 8-10 runs on a bottle. I used to have a 50 shot on my Si and would go through a bottle a week. ~$35 a bottle adds up quickly. Now I'm going turbo so I have the power on tap all the time.

 

When I first got my nitrous, I would go through a bottle every 2 or 3 days. I was a freakin nitrous junkie. Of course I was street racing a lot more than. Now, A bottle can last me a month. Ecspecially with winter around.

 

2-3 days?! geez u must've been on the bottle a lot.

 

i havent really used mine that much yet , noone ever wants to race me . im still on my second bottle. the only time i get to use it is to purge it then they are like forget it .

 

OT: newbie question: what's purge? is that stealing nitrous away???

 

its used to clean out the lines...and yes it uses a bit of your nitrous to clear the lines for a clean spray right away off the launch

 

Purging also relieves stress off your nitrous solenoid. A good thing in the long run.
