gen4 lude speedo problem

little help here i've searched and can't find same problem gen4 lude speedo problem
I've search the site for a speedo problem like mine but could not find one.
The problem i have is that my speedo is not reading the right speed. Some times if i hit the dash the needle will job and the speed will read right, and when its cold outside it will read the right speed sometimes. The speedo always works but reads a lower speed then i'm really going. Can anyone help me with this?
