Default Need HELP removing stock pistons from rods, cant figure out how to remove the wrist pin

Got some pistons I wanna remove from my rods, but have never taken stock rods and pistons apart, just cant figure out how this wirst pin comes out, I am thinking they have to be pressed out, or heated out, just wondering what the best way to get them apart is, thanks in advance.

Your best bet would be to take them to a local machine shop, that's how I got mine removed. They should have a machine that compresses them out. It shouldn't cost you that much either.

They usually use heat and a press. Try using just the press, chances are the piston will be damaged. Use heat alone, and you end up using too much heat the get them out, and also damage the pistons and the rods as well.
