Default Pistons and Rods, Remove and Replace, Is It Straight Forward?

When replacing stock rods and pistons with eagle rods and pistons with oversized forged ones, do you just bore and hone the block and remove and replace the pistons and rods and rings? Thanks

It's pretty straightforward as long as you've got the right t ools and access to a good machinist. While you're in there, it is a good time tp replace all of the little things that would be a huge pain in the *** to fix later (rear main seal, bearings, gaskets, etc)
