Whats the diffrence between a canadian typer engine and usdm type r engine?

exactly what the post says...id apprecite the help. My friend just got a Canadian type r motor and i was wondering whats the diffrence between that motor vs. the usdm type r motor and the jdm type r motor. Thanks for the help.

There is no difference between the Canadian and the US ITR (except body colors).

The JDM ITR has higher compression ratio, different (higher flow) header/exhaust and slightly different handling caracteristics (and of course several body and internal differences)

Let's just say that some young punks tried to steal my car on two different occasions last summer (hopefully the second time they got arrested)... so I'm not a big fan of engine swaping. No offence to anyone.
