Default 3 inch down pipe on my EF8. Do I need to swap out my crossmember?

I know I need a 1/2 size rad. but don't know if I need a new crossmember to fit the large down pipe. The mani and down pipe are made by Onefab!! Thanks!

I would strongly advise you to buy an aftermarket. You can hack the **** out of the stock one, but the ride quality is compromised. I got a Full-Race and I love it. Lots of room

$450 - It may seem like alot, but you are getting crossmember replacement and traction bars - It is money well spent once you see all the space you save, and the bronze traction bars look cool too

I've got a 3" DP, full-size radiator, and factory crossmember....just a small notch in the crossmember, and it really wasn't necessary...

i've got a 3'' v-band downpipe, half sized koyo radiator, and place racing cross-member. i really want the full-race one, though...either way, go aftermarket IMO. better fitment (more room) and you don't have to worry about compromising the stock cross-member's strength if you notch/cut it.

I would not try to mod the OEM crossmember. Mine is hacked up and I hate it.

i havent hacked mine much..only to get the oil return line to fit..however it thought about hacking it up if i went with a half radiator and a bigger exhaust DP. im currently 2.5 inches with the DP so eh...might keep it that way till i get more cheddar
