Default running in of engine

my h22a is freshly built for boosting and am just wondering wat the recommendation of running in an engine. Too many unsure answers so i'm just wondering what everyone else thinks?
Low boost, rev cut, drive off boost, drive it hard, load it up on the dyno instead of running in ect....

Thanks

dude what are you saying????.....i will decipher as much as i can.....your wording is very hard to understand...

low boost: lower hp.....better reliablilty, engine will last longer

rev cut: maybe a rev limiter??? this is always a necessity so you dont overrev and throw a rod or float a rocker or something....

drive off boost: hmmm, good for reliability, but what fun is that???

drive it hard: well now thats the opposite of the last one ^^.....fun

not sure what you mean about loading it up on the dyno instead of ect....what is ect??? and what is loading it up???

Well IMO for the first 500 miles, go easy on her. Nothing over 3k. At the 500mile mark change the oil with some cheap oil as your motor isnt ready for synthectic yet. At that point you could rev up to 5k but nothing over. Make sure to drive on highways and city driving as varying the revs is real good to when breaking in a motor. At the 1000miles mark just punish it. And dont break it in with a turbo attached to the motor. It just doesnt seem right.

so your saying break it in without the turbo and just let it run sluggish with turbo internals until after 1000 miles and then drop in the turbo and tune it??

There are many theory's on "how to break your motor in"

This is a very good write-up that was done by Earl a while back.
