CRX Si Tranny Vs EG EX/Si Tranny
I have looked at the specs on the trannys, and i have a question. Which would be better. The specs on the CRX tranny show that the 3rd and 4th gears are a lil shorter. Would it be worth swapping over the CRX Si tranny into my 94 Coupe?
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

swapping a complete crx si trans into a 94 ex coupe? not worth the amount of extra work as a crx trans is has a cable actuated clutch. the 94 ex has a hydraulic actuated clutch, so swapping over would be a pita. you could always mess with gear ratios though....

i know the CRX is cable, and the ex is hydro, and they DO make a conversion for it. Im gonna drop my tranny soon to replace a throwout bearing, and my friend has a CRX Si tranny laying around, thats why i wanted to know.
