Default Newbie questions! Want your opinion(Turbo kit) before I drop the dough!

Ok, my set-up is in my sig. I have been snoopin around this FI forum for awhile, so I am doing alot of research. I am lookin into a kit and cant decide between kits that are available or piece a kit together. The problem with putting a kit together is I dont know where to start. For now the motor is stock, with time it will get a build. I would like to keep the budget modest; between 3k-4k. That price including ALL necessary items and 3" DP/Exhaust, injectors....
Any and all input is GREATLY appreciated.
Choices are in no particular order.

If you looking to spend 3-4k piece together a kit and use the rest of the left over money for fuel management and tuning.

piece together your own kit, you'll save some money that way and will learn the fundamentals of each piece of a turbo kit
