Hello- I have a 1990 Civic Sedan DX with a 5-speed. I was going around a slippery curve and I pulled my e-brake to go sideways. I did go sideways and I skid to a stop, perpendicular to the road. Then I realized my seatbelt stopped working. It only goes forward to let me free, it doesn't come back to hold me in. How do I fix this? Is it covered under the general Civic recall? Thanks in advance for any info-

 

I'd try your local honda dealer. Other than that, I don't know.
