ingalls front camber kit: clearance issues!
this may have been a past topic, and i went to search for it but the search server is down
.. i recently installed an ingalls front camber kit on my 97 ex.. got it adjusted.. and now theres some pretty bad grinding from the control arm to the upper wheel well.. i tried shaving the tip of the upper control arm as much as i could with a power sander but theres still some hitting going on.. any of you guys run into this problem? if so, what did you guys do to?

I had the same problem after installing my camber kit. Actually I still have that problem. I haven't gotten around to fixing it though. The control arm doesn't make contact with the wheel well unless I go over very bumpy roads or potholes. So for the time being I can tolerate it.
The only thing I know to do off hand is to raise the car enough so that it doesn't make contact but then that would kind of defeat the purpose of the camber kit and lowering the car in the first place.

i jsut slid it back til it cleared. i am on koni yellows that are most of teh way down and neuspeed race, so probably 2.5-3 inches lowered and i ahve abotu -1.5 degrees of camber up front using ingalls extreme kits.
