How to remove pangel under the steering wheel on an integra.
The panel im talkin about is the panrel under the steering wheel, the one the fuse box cover is connected to. i unscrewed the 2 screws i saw on each side but the top of the panel still seems to be connected and i dont know how to pull it off. any help would be appreciated.

how do i pop the clips i cant even see it. i try to force it to pop out but it jsut feels like im goin to break the panel.

I think there's actually a third screw (or bolt maybe?) behind the change holder tray.
Then you can attempt to pull thte panel off (using as much horizontal force as possible).
