instead of a missing link i have this spider web of vac hoses coneected to these whistle looking things. well after building my turbo motor after my timing belt shredded, my car wouldnt start. im getting spark, compression for 9:1 cp pistons are good and im getting fuel to the rail but i suspect i dont have enough pressure for my injectors to spray. i think im narrowing it down to the whistle looking things. what would happen if i eliminate that part of vacuum hose and run without them whistles? sorry i dont have pix to show u what whistle looking things are but i know few guys here run them with their turbos.

 

im guessing the whistles are check valves. u can take all that crap out and start the car without it, just dont try to drive it cause once the MAP senses boost ur in trouble. just get a missing link

even still i think ur car should start if everything is connected, maybe look towards something else..do u hear the fuel pump?

 

i like the whistles part.. that will be like a loud ref at a basketball game when boosted...
